The OPEN Network is…

Made up of individuals in the 10/40 Window, who are doing Business for Transformation. We are not a “sending organization”; rather, we equip and empower churches to send the people who are called to do business among the least reached.

The Benefits of Joining…

• Coaches—OPEN business coaches have successful careers and are experienced in their fields. They focus on understanding the unique needs of B4Ters. OPEN also has several “Peer Advisory Huddles”—groups of like-minded individuals who meet regularly via Zoom to discuss and coach each other in workplace matters. 
• Mentors—Mentors proactively come alongside a person or couple to provide encouragement and accountability in every area of their lives and work in B4T.
• Loans—OPEN maintains a portfolio of loan funds to help B4T entrepreneurs start or operate businesses within developing nations in the 10/40 Window. We seek to be a sustainable investor that deploys capital in places too risky for traditional capital by offsetting the geopolitical risk with spiritual capital.
• Apprentices—Apprentices are individuals or married couples newly arrived on the field; they walk with a mentor and learn from a B4Ter about what it takes to thrive in their calling. OPEN works closely with their sending fellowship to assess, train, and prepare Apprentices.
• Service Provider Directory—The SPD is a list of professionals and services you may choose from for your spiritual, emotional, social and physical needs of living overseas—including education resources, insurance needs, marriage issues, crisis management, etc. 
• Invitations to events—As a B4Ter, you will automatically receive information about OPEN events. OPEN hosts two major events, in alternating years. 
• Relationships with your Home Fellowship—If your Home Fellowship would benefit from someone at OPEN reaching out for a personal connection, we have a team at the ready! We can help your Home Fellowship understand what you are doing and why B4T is so important, and even encourage others to join the global B4T movement!

Who Can Join…

OPEN Network is a private network. All membership requests require the endorsement of an active member. You are eligible to join the network if you:

• Have moved cross-culture AND
• Currently reside and work in the 10/40 window WITH
• The objective to bring transformation to the community THROUGH
• A profitable and sustainable business or working in a professional capacity.

Definition of Least Reached

A people group among which there is no indigenous community of believing Christians with adequate numbers and resources to evangelize this people group without outside assistance.
